MyGate Users are not bound in any way to participate in this exclusive. Such participation is voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein. By participating in the exclusive, the Users agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a User being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein. 

Other Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Offers Prescribed by MyGate

1. This offer is brought to you solely by the Alliance Partner. MyGate is only communicating this exclusive on behalf of the Alliance partner
2. MyGate does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount/benefit or of the Products/Services under the exclusive provided by the Alliance Partner
3. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the MyGate Users due to provision of the exclusive, shall be to the sole account of the MyGate Users.
4. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the exclusive shall not constitute a claim against MyGate and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner
5. MyGate shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by MyGate Users under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner
6. MyGate Users shall not hold MyGate, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, personal injury, costs, charges and expenses which a User claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, by way of and/or on account of participating in the Exclusive or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability, quality or by use or non-use or suitability or effectiveness of the products/services
7. MyGate reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, to extend or terminate this Exclusive, without prior notice or assigning any reasons thereof, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Exclusive by another Exclusive, whether similar to this Exclusive or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. Neither anything contained in these terms & conditions nor the running of these Exclusive to which they apply shall be construed as an obligation on MyGate to continue the Exclusive up to, on or after the Exclusive termination date. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by MyGate to conduct further such Exclusives
8. All issues/queries/complaints/grievances relating to the Exclusive, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly without any reference to MyGate
9. The Exclusive is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by MyGate. The Exclusive is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Bengaluru, Karnataka. However, MyGate reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction
