Maintaining a secure and welcoming environment within a society is MyGate’s primary goal. With the help of MyGate’s Visitor Management feature, residents can easily manage visitor access, pre-approve entries, and share multiple guest invites ensuring enhanced security and convenience for everyone.

Managing MyGate Entry/Exit

Gone are the days of unexpected and random visitors knocking on your door. Managing the entry/exit of visitors is now very simple with MyGate. For a smooth and safe check-in, visitors have to share their details at the main gate and host residents will get a notification wherein they must approve or deny.

Pre-approve

With the pre-approval feature, you have the power to approve visitor access for guests in advance to avoid last-minute hassles. This feature enables residents to provide visitor details such as name, contact information, and expected duration of the visit to security guards via the MyGate app.

To pre-approve visitors

1. Click on the ‘Pre-Approve’ icon located at the center of the home screen of your app
2. Click on ‘Guest’ and choose between ‘Once’ and ‘Frequently’
3. Fill in the relevant details and click on the ‘Select Guest’ option
4. Choose the guest from your contact list or add the details manually and click on the ‘Add Guest’ option. You can add multiple guests using the same steps.
5. Click on ‘Next’ and select the ‘Create Invite’ option

Group Invites

Residents can now effortlessly send one invitation to a group of people instead of manually creating single invites. This feature is very handy when there are events, parties, or get-togethers hosted at your home.

To send a group invitation

1. Click on the ‘Pre-Approve’ icon on Homescreen
2. Click on ‘Guest’ and choose between ‘Once’ and ‘Frequently’
3. Fill in the relevant details and click on the ‘Select Guest(s)’ option
4. Choose the guest from your contact list or add the details manually
5. Select ‘Add Guest’ option. You can add multiple guests using the same steps.
6. Click on ‘Next’ and select the ‘Create Invite’ option
7. Click on ‘Group Invite Option’ and share this with your guests.

The guests can click on the link, validate their number and receive the pre-approval passcode.
