One of India’s best electric vehicle companies, headquartered in Bangalore, sought MyGate’s support to create brand awareness and generate more leads through their 360 phygital campaign.
The brand reached out to MyGate to create general awareness about its brand, and to increase the number of leads for its products and services. The brand wanted to conduct a phygital campaign with the help of MyGate Pulse and set up kiosks inside the MyGate society to facilitate test drives for the residents in their very societies.

The ProcessThe brand wanted to run a phygital campaign for their vehicle. After discussions with team MyGate, four premium cities were selected – Chennai, Bangalore, Raipur, and Gujarat. The residents were informed about the upcoming kiosk event through 2 notice pushes on the MyGate Pulse. The first one was sent some days prior to announcing the event. The second push was sent on the day of the event to encourage the residents to come down and take the test drives. The people who click on the CTA button and those who participated in the test drive on the day of the event were registered as brand leads. On the day of the event, a kiosk was set up, and the residents were assisted with their test drives.
Campaign PerformanceIn about 6 months, more than 100 societies were reached, across Chennai, Bangalore, Raipur, and Gujarat. An average of 10 leads were generated per society. There were about 20 test drives per society.
