Helping Garnier Distribute Samples of Care

Objective

Mygate helped a popular French personal care brand to carry out the sample distribution for their hair care range. The brand outsourced the end-to-end process of obtaining opt-ins, logistics, and D2D distribution to Mygate.

The brand sought to reach out to a large audience to introduce its hair care range, build a stronger brand presence and deliver samples to those who opted for it. Mygate not only helped them reach their desired audience directly and without hassle but also delivered their samples to users who opted for it on the Mygate app.

Process

Mygate helped the brand curate societies that were suited for the activity on-premises and sample distribution. The brand was promoted across various formats on the Mygate app where the opt-ins were taken from the users.

The on-ground team from Mygate also went Door-to-door to ensure the opt-ins were taken and samples were delivered to the users’ doorstep. For large societies, kiosks were also set up within campuses where users could drop by and collect their samples, or opt for the samples in real time on the app and avail the sample.

Result

During the month-long campaign across 5 major cities, the brand reached out to 8L+ users and received as many as 1 Lac opt-ins. 1 Lac product samples were successfully delivered to users, at their doorstep. The campaign is proof of how Mygate not only provides brands with several communication channels to choose from, to meet their targets but also assists them through and through.
