Helping playschool find its way to the Parents

An education case-study

One of India’s most awarded preschools and daycares trusted MyGate to reach new Parents in a set of gated communities located close to their centres. The intent was to introduce the brand to parents and encourage them to admit their little ones for the best education and care.

Over the last few years, Indian parents and schools have been seeking to address the need to provide quality education and grooming to kids in their foundation years. With both parents working in many Indian households, it becomes imminent that the child gets the best care and education in schools and daycare in their growing up years.

MyGate helped one such brand reach out to the parents to build a recall for them and promote admissions for the ongoing academic year

Why MyGate?

The brand wanted to target parents living in premium homes in gated communities located within a 10km radius of their centres.

MyGate’s access to 25K+ communities in 27+ cities helped the brand identify and shortlist the exact user set they wanted to engage.

The Process

We offered a combination of our ad properties to the brand to build awareness and incite action. Our Pulse notification was the best way to promote and engage with the parents with a descriptive text that helped build trust and assurance in the parents.

Each time a parent shows interest, MyGate captures it using a lead form where the parent can select the child’s age so they can receive relevant information in a follow-up communication.

Campaign Performance

Over the last 3 months, MyGate has helped the brand reach 100+ gated communities. More than 1000 Parents have shown interest to receive communication from the brand. MyGate has enabled the brand not only to achieve admission but also to promote an event through our Spotlight and Brand webpage categories. The intent was to get parents to sign up for the event and maximise participation.

It was a learning event for us as education remains to be a highly sensitive and important decision for Indian Parents. Being able to optimise our campaigns and deliver results is how we endeavour to fulfil our promise to all brands in the future.
