One of the best Gated communities I have ever come across. Plenty of amenities and it's been almost 3 years but eveything is maintained like it's a brand new building

Regular cleaning staffs. Quick response of the management. Neat and clean society. Active MyGate notifications. Safety for family. Negative points: Insufficient gym equipment’s. There should be time limit s in badminton court and table tennis court so that everyone will get chance. From the safety points if the unknown people enters from Plumeria to wisteria then our security won’t be alerted.

Permission given for keeping pets has become nuisance for those who are not fond of pets. Common area like walking tracks, lifts are being ugly and stinky because of dogs. Amenities like super market and medicals ( especially pharmacy) are name sake. You won't get needed items there. Super market is expensive as well and medical shop timings and stock are so limited.

Construction quality not up to the mark like finishing of the walls and floors not at all good and even flat design of wisteria wasted too much space for outside elevation.. Even tiles used in bathroom are very cheap looking not up to the brigade standard ..STP makes too much noise Pros are lush greenery ,noiseless,pollution less place
