Some temporary problems, hope it will be resolved soon... Like polluting factories nearby, Electrical tipping problem, no cavery water, underground water not sufficient, always fear of getting locked inside lift because of DG issues. If these problems are resolved it will be truly a luxury property and best place to live in.
