Water has too much hardness causing skin rashes and parking space has leaky pipes damaging vehicles.

It's okay. We are only staying here because it's near to our office. Maintenance is expensive and too many unnecessary rules make the stay not great. Water which they get(tanker) is horrible (compared to other apartments that I have lived in)and frequent power cuts(other parts of blr are much more stable). Community, most are non kannadigas which makes us kannadigas speak their language in our own hometown. The first chance we get, we are moving out!!.
