Management committee doesn’t about sharing details of basic service providers on the app. 50% maids contact numbers are wrong. Too much noise in our flat (Cedar) back side. But the greenery and people seem very nice. .

Location is bad in terms of traffic and accessibility. Lot of signals and U-turns infest this area which is slum like. Inside it is an island. Due to bad location, the maids and cooks that are available are below standards, unhygienic. Security is untrusrworthy - the guards change regularly and have no sense of who is a resident who is outsider. Checking is seldom. One red-flag is the inside roads - big water tankers are seen speeding on roads where kids play. Swimming pool open, dangerous .
