It is a good safe and decent society. Little far from market but then it's quite and peaceful. Approach roads are wide but in bad condition. Apartments are decent sized and full of natural light and air. .

Best thing about this society is that the rent is low. Apart from that, there is very little maintenance.. If something is broken in the community it will take ages to fix. The society owners association has very strict and sometimes unnecessary rules. .

They charge maintenance, but nothing worth while has happened till now. They charge additional fee for using gym facility. But the same is not managed well. The daged equipments are not repaired. If you raise a ticket they won't take any action unless they are followed up constantly. Having said that the society is a peaceful one with good residents. Reaching the society is an expedition in itself due to pathetic roads.
