Terms & Conditions
- Societies with 100+ flats will be eligible for bonus
- Payment will be made only for new valid leads (qualified by Inside Sales team)
- Program not applicable for BDM and Inside Sales departments
- Payments will not be done for fraudulent leads
- Employees will get regular status updates on their respective referrals
- The referral amount will be reconciled on the 18th of every month. Referral awards accumulated after 18th will be paid in next month
- Referral amount will be a separate line item in your salary slip
