Everything is good. Main is infrastructure, security and cleanliness. Only one thing is transport. Since it is in the interior parts and if you don't have your own vehicle then commuting is a challenge. Request society to start resuming inter bus /auto/ cab services from building to station , building to Tarapur or MIDC where maximum offices are situated. Also start resuming gym and yoga classes too and vegetable vendor inside the premise. .

No Boundary wall on property, No CCTV Cameras. No Transport to and from Boisar station, Tatas had promised transportation for at least 2years after taking posession until infrastructure improves. Charged for Infrastructure improvement n upkeep but nothing done yet. No delayed compensation for late posession given.
