Mygate Homes – 5 Genuine Chats in 7 Days: Terms & Conditions
The 7-day period will commence from the date and time on which the property listing is successfully published on Mygate Homes.
Under this offer, Mygate Homes will endeavour to provide the listing owner with 5 genuine chats within 7 days of successful publication of the listing.
A “genuine chat” means a chat initiated through the Mygate Homes platform by a valid user who has expressed an interest in the listed property and is not a broker, agent or intermediary.
Chats initiated by brokers, agents, intermediaries, fraudulent accounts, duplicate accounts or users engaging in activity that violates Mygate’s policies will not be considered genuine chats.
The offer is applicable only to eligible listings that comply with Mygate Homes’ listing and usage policies. Mygate reserves the right to reject, remove or exclude listings that are fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, incomplete or otherwise in violation of applicable policies.
Mygate may review and verify chats, user accounts and listing activity to determine eligibility under this offer. Mygate’s determination regarding the validity of a chat will be final.
The offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer unless expressly permitted by Mygate.
Mygate reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Mygate will not be responsible for failure to fulfil the offer where this results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including inaccurate or incomplete listing information, unavailability of the owner, changes to the listing, technical issues, or other circumstances affecting the ability of users to connect.
By participating in the offer, the listing owner agrees to these Terms & Conditions and consents to Mygate using the information associated with the listing for the purpose of administering and verifying the offer.
