Winner Selection Rules
- Nominations must be submitted through the official Mygate Community Awards nomination process, only in the stipulated format and date.
- Nominees must be residing in (in the case of residents and RWA members), or be employed at (in the case of security guards), or be associated with (in the case of housekeeping, handymen or other support staff) a Mygate-enabled community at the time of nomination.
- Each award category will have its own defined evaluation criteria, and nominations will be assessed accordingly.
- Winners for each category will be selected through an internal review and evaluation process conducted by the organiser.
- The organiser’s decision with respect to selection of winners across all award categories shall be final and binding.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Mygate is the organiser of the Mygate Community Awards.
- Winners across award categories shall receive prizes worth ₹1 lakh, with each winner, receiving a prize worth ₹15,000.
- The organiser reserves the right to select the winner(s) as per its internal selection process. Participants waive all rights to object to or question such decisions.
- By submitting a nomination, the nominator and nominee provide consent to Mygate to use the nominee’s name, role, award category, and society name, for communication, promotional, and marketing purposes across the Mygate app and social media platforms.
- Prizes will be awarded in the form specified by the organiser. No cash alternative shall be provided unless explicitly stated.
- The organiser will inform the winner(s) regarding the prize distribution or award fulfilment process.
- The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being published on this webpage.
- Participation in the Mygate Community Awards implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
