This Saarthi App is powered by Vivish Technologies Private Limited. This Policy is drafted to inform the concerned about the privacy practices. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with Personally Identifiable Information / Your Data that is collected / provided through the App and/or during Your use of the Services.
BY USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. When we change the Privacy Policy in a material manner, we will attempt to notify you through in-app notifications (if your settings permit notifications) or by alerting you to the updated Privacy Policy the next time you launch the App. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective on the effective date listed on the Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011. The App and any services thereon are being provided as a service on a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license.
WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
1.1. Personally Identifiable Information (or “PII”)
PII is information that identifies you as an individual. In order to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through our Apps or websites including expediting real time entry & validation processes, permissions, explore job opportunities and receiving offers, we may require that you furnish PII. During the use of the Service, your information shall be shared with third parties, such as residents of apartment complex / gated enclave / Commercial Offices/Other Parties.
We may collect PII from you, such as language preference, mobile number, category of service, primary skill and additional skills, photo, name, employer name, vehicle number, e-mail address, KYC information and payment account number (Wallet, UPI, Bank), preferred area of work, work timings, when you voluntarily provide it to us.
1.2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (or “Non-PII”)
Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. We and third-party service providers may collect Non-PII from you, and we may aggregate PII in a manner such that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other user of the App. We and third-party service providers may also use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and other similar technologies to better serve you with more tailored information and facilitate ongoing use of our App. In addition, we reserve the right to share such Non-PII with our affiliates and suppliers to improve our service offerings and to ensure the security and functionality of the App.
IP Addresses and Mobile Device Identifiers
When App or website is used, information on IP Address, website from which reference was made to our website, browser used, Operating System details, date and duration of the visit etc. are collected. Please note that we treat IP Addresses, server log files and related information as Non-PII, except where it is required to do otherwise under applicable law.

We collect standard website access information (type of browser etc) using cookies and other similar technologies on all our websites (mygate.in, mygate.com). We do this to measure, improve and personalize our services for you and we do not share this information with any third-party organizations for commercial purposes.

1. to expedite, entry and validation services by sharing selected PII with the residents of apartment complex / gated enclave / Commercial Offices (“Premises”)

3.to provide additional value-added services that you may avail from us including but not limited to Credit Products, Insurance, etc.
4.to third-party service providers, who provide services such as SMS, calling, approval of pass, payment processing, alerts, notifications, reviews, check-in & check-out processes, IT services, customer service, and other processing
5. to identify you to any person to whom you send messages regarding App-related content through social media services integrated into the App (only when you explicitly choose to use those social media services
6. to an affiliate or other third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings)
7. to maintain internal record keeping
8. to fulfil your requests of entry, job opportunities, instant gratifications, etc
9.to send you important information regarding the App, schemes, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information
10.to improve our services or provide new services
11. to customize content on our App

Several features or services of the Saarthi App are offered in association with other commercial partners. When you avail such products or services, any data you provide, and the data collected from your use of the application shall be shared with the respective third parties with whom we partnered. Their usage of this data will be governed by their terms and conditions and privacy policy, including sharing with their subcontractors, if any.
Some of our promotions /campaigns /programs/ related events may be co-branded or sponsored by third parties and us. If you opt-in for such reward promotions /campaigns /programs /associated events, please note that your information may be collected and shared with those third parties. We advise familiarizing yourself with their privacy policies to understand how they will handle your information.
We may display targeted or non-targeted third-party online advertisements on the Saarthi app. We may engage in collaborations with other website/app operators. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with their advertising practices, including the types of information they may collect.
This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including without limitation any of our affiliates and any third party operating any site to which this Site or App contains a link. Security
We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect PII under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through email.
All information is saved and stored on servers, which are secured with passwords and pins to ensure no unauthorised person has access to it. We adhere to strict security guidelines, and to the best extent possible protecting it against unauthorized access.
We store information over secure cloud service providers who offer security standards competitive with the industry norms. We assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission issues, unauthorized third-party access to our Platform and data bases or other acts of third parties or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control and you shall not be entitled to hold the Company responsible for any breach of security except in case of wilful negligence on the part of the Company.
