FAQs
All residents need to update their profile with details of their vehicles. Here’s what you need to do.
1. On the Mygate app, click on ‘Household’ and go to ‘My Vehicles’;
2. Click on ‘+ADD’;
3. In a pop-up window, you will be asked to enter the vehicle number, the name and the type of vehicle;
4. Click on ‘Submit’ and a new card will be shown on your activity feed confirming the addition of your vehicle.
Yes, Using the Mygate Guard app, guards can now call vehicle owners when:
- A vehicle is parked in a wrong parking spot or “No Parking” zone.
- A resident wants to reverse his/her car & needs to contact the
owner of the car blocking his/hers
- On the Guard app passcode page, the guard can toggle the
passcode screen to Vehicle Search. - Enter the 4-digit vehicle number and the search results associated with the vehicle number will pop up.
- Click on the call icon visible against the search result.
- This will initiate a call to the vehicle owner.
- It allows your residents to rent/lease/discover vacant parking slots with ease.
- It helps you reduce congestion & pollution by optimizing existing parking resources.
- It allows you to regulate non-uniform pricing of parking spots within your community.
